Solutions to try:

Solution 1.

Try turning it off for 10 mins and then back on if you can find the 24o volt outlet it is attached to. Otherwise turn the mains power off for 10 mins. It should reset and go through it's limit finding again. Allow this to happen, and when it is completely finished, test to see if it is working again.

Solution 2.

If the louvres open slightly, then the motor isn't seized, and you could try spraying silicon spray on the pivot point on the motor. repeat this process a couple of times a day over 2-3 days, testing open and close each time. This may fix the problem caused by lack of use.

Solution 3 - If you have a remote control.

Does the panel or lights on the remote still work? Try replacing the batteries. If it still doesn't work, submit this form as you may need it repaired or replaced. (Provide photo)

Solution 4 - If you have a wall swtich.

If your wall switch isn't responding, and you have already tried Solution 1, please submit this form with a photo and description of what is happening.

Solution 5.

If none of the above solutions solve the problem, please submit this form with a detailed description and photos, and one of our team will get in touch with you.
