From marketing and design through to planning and build and finally maintenance and follow up, I can recommend without hesitation. They never fail to deliver as promised (and of course expected).

A drawing of the carport was done by HV Aluminium based on my details, and along with the building application, this was submitted for approval. Construction was delayed due to some component damage and having a suitable tradesperson. The work was carried out in a competent manner and was a good result.

Our awning was built by HV Aluminium. The workmanship was excellent and the after sale sevice was very special. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

WOW !! From the sales rep to the installer all the staff were so helpful and understanding and I am pretty sure I am a bit of perfectionist and worrier . This company was polite , on time , kept in communication and were very thorough with planning and installation. Highly recommend for quality material, workmanship and professionalism.

HV Aluminium replaced the motor in my opening roof system, after being told by many other companies from Sydney and the Central Coast that it can’t be serviced, repaired or replaced. I was given the name of HV Aluminium and they sent an excellent technician “Daniel” to quote my job. Daniel had it sorted within 15 minutes. He ordered a new motor as mine had tested faulty. Once the motor arrived, HV Aluminium contacted me for a suitable date to fit the motor. Daniel was once again on time and had the motor fitted within 15 minutes. I was very impressed with his knowledge, expertise and diligence to track down the company in Melbourne that manufactures the motors.

Having a project with HV felt like joining a family for the duration of the project. Nothing seemed too trivial, all “dumb” questions answered by the team. From the initial quote, negotiations with Geoff, phone calls to Pauline ( so professional and friendly), Karen who I had a heart to heart conversation ( LOL) while doing the measurements, Greg, being a gentleman as he is and always an hour early for an appointment, Seth for letting me know they are ready to build and main builders Craig and Finn, who probably are sick of my questions but kept giving me the answers I need, I learned a fair bit about power drills etc, thank you very much. The paradise room is as expected, felt like paradise, a resort type in my backyard. Excellent workmanship, after service and a collaborative approach to building. They listened to me, pointed me in the right direction whilst still following the plan. I always believed a business cannot be successful without the right people working with them. If I forgot to mention a name, I do apologise, though for now, adieu, HV family, maybe I’ll join you again in our next project. Thank you for your professionalism, excellent service, respect, and overall positive attitudes and a perfect Paradise Room for me.
