This is a very easy review to give. I can make nothing other than positive comments. From initial and on-going phone contact with the front desk through to shaking the tradesman's hand when he finished the build it was all so easy. HV did what we all want - delivered a quality product whilst taking all worries and concerns off the householder. Couldn't have made a better choice for someone to build my pergola. I'm not particularly huge on leaving reviews, but for this I feel I have too. I honestly think this place is nothing short of amazing. I went in today to get some vinyl. I tried else where with the rudest people and a big screw around, but HV were honestly incredible and accommodating. The staff were so kind and helpful, we got what we needed with little to no fuss, had a friendly conversation between and even when I felt super annoying changing something, they didn't bat an eye at me in a negative manner. Thanks guys, youre amazing. When we start building next year you'll have us back knocking for your help 🫶🏻
