A drawing of the carport was done by HV Aluminium based on my details, and along with the building application, this was submitted for approval. Construction was delayed due to some component damage and having a suitable tradesperson. The work was carried out in a competent manner and was a good result.

Our awning was built by HV Aluminium. The workmanship was excellent and the after sale sevice was very special. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

WOW !! From the sales rep to the installer all the staff were so helpful and understanding and I am pretty sure I am a bit of perfectionist and worrier . HV Aluminium replaced the motor in my opening roof system, after being told by many other companies from Sydney and the Central Coast that it can’t be serviced, repaired or replaced. I was given the name of HV Aluminium and they sent an excellent technician “Daniel” to quote my job. Daniel had it sorted within 15 minutes. He ordered a new motor as mine had tested faulty. Once the motor arrived, HV Aluminium contacted me for a suitable date to fit the motor. Daniel was once again on time and had the motor fitted within 15 minutes. I was very impressed with his knowledge, expertise and diligence to track down the company in Melbourne that manufactures the motors.

Having a project with HV felt like joining a family for the duration of the project. Nothing seemed too trivial, all “dumb” questions answered by the team. From the initial quote, negotiations with Geoff, phone calls to Pauline ( so professional and friendly), Karen who I had a heart to heart conversation ( LOL) while doing the measurements, Greg, being a gentleman as he is and always an hour early for an appointment, Seth for letting me know they are ready to build and main builders Craig and Finn, who probably are sick of my questions but kept giving me the answers I need, I learned a fair bit about power drills etc, thank you very much. The paradise room is as expected, felt like paradise, a resort type in my backyard. Excellent workmanship, after service and a collaborative approach to building. They listened to me, pointed me in the right direction whilst still following the plan. I always believed a business cannot be successful without the right people working with them. If I forgot to mention a name, I do apologise, though for now, adieu, HV family, maybe I’ll join you again in our next project. Thank you for your professionalism, excellent service, respect, and overall positive attitudes and a perfect Paradise Room for me.

After the excellent job HV Aluminium did on constructing and installing our first carport in the early 1990s, I was very keen to contract the company’s services again. My opportunity came this year when my family and I decided to renovate the outside of our home, which included a new carport and outside entertainment area: deck and Eclipse opening roof/ insulated roof. HV Aluminium was my first choice to undertake the work. HV Aluminium staff provided exceptional service at every point in the process. From our initial meeting with Kingston when he attended the site to discuss the scope of work, design, offer suggestions and measure, to the high quality products/materials and outstanding workmanship of the builders/installers, Jamie and Liam, electrician, Brad, and work supervisor, Greg, and Pauline’s efficiency in keeping us informed, my experience with HV Aluminium was enjoyable. They worked well as a team and were friendly, respectful, punctual and candidly answered all of my questions. Our new areas- carport and outdoor living area- look superb and are very practical. I highly recommend HV Aluminium to anyone looking for a company that values professionalism, integrity and takes pride in their work. I’ve included some photos of the carport and outdoor area. A simple elegant carport which has transformed the functionality of our carport. Really pleased.

Incredible installation, and top notch quality, it turned out even better then we imagined…and super friendly tradesmen, they even went as far as cutting the pavers out and putting them back into place when they didn’t have to, and the turn around was only 5 days for such a big job. Would recommend to anyone, I can’t figure out how to attach photos!

Very helpful with my project

HV have just completed an outdoor awning for me at Fullerton Cove. Despite some delay with procuring materials during Covid a very professional job by a very experienced and professional and friendly team and at a competitive price. I am over the moon with our new Opening Eclipse ….has made a world of difference to the temperature of the balcony and the glare on the mass of windows we have…it has also allowed us to use the area beneath the balcony as it remains out of the weather…Most of all I am so impressed with the two guys in particular who worked for four long hard days in the heat…Greg and Ronan…legends..so polite, courteous and proud of their work..fastidious to the last screw.. thank you Simon for delivering as promised..Merry Xmas to all.. Contracted in January to have a cover erected over my back patio. I was wanting to build a deck for use in summer and I needed someone to build a cover for it. It was explained that it would take a few months but I wasn't in any hurry. Was contacted in April to be told work would begin within 2 days. There was a mix-up in sending me an earlier warning which would have been helpful as the area needed some clearing out. The guy who arrived to do it was very professional but I surprised it was only one person. It took 4 days to erect but couldn't have been better. They also cleaned up all the junk and took it away. Just a short note to say AMAZING! of the recent install of our Paradise Room. What a phenomenal transformation of the space, we couldn't be happier. I have to say that the craftsmanship provided by Colin, is without doubt one of the best installs I’ve ever seen, he’s an asset to HV Aluminium. Again, from a VERY happy HV Aluminium customer, thank you for an amazing extension and use of this space. An internal flush mounted strip heater will be installed in coming days making this space even more homely.

HV Aluminium built a paradise room last week at the back of our new house that runs along our Kitchen, dining and lounge area. Workmanship was great, built within a week, cannot fault construction. We went for single skin roof to fit our budget. Soon after roof went up, we noticed our kitchen and dining area were dark to the point of needing to turn lights on during the day. Plenty of sunlight filtered into the area prior to the build. We did not realise we would be losing natural light to this extent. I asked the construction worker if we can have some clear roof panels to let the light in, I was told it should have been discussed at time of design and it would have been the same cost to do so. However, now they would have to remove the roof from one end to make the change. I’m left with a big dilemma now as to whether to ask HV Aluminium for another quote or to shop around for another company to change the roof panels. I was told putting skylights may not be possible on single skin roof. Now we have a beautiful paradise room but dark kitchen with no natural light. Just writing this so people are aware that you will need to ask to see and discuss customisations to fit your considerations, as we were not presented with anything other than the standard and the eclipse room (much more expensive) prior to signing.

However, the accolades go to Greg the constructor, fabulous workmanship to the millimetre, highly recommend this team to get a great job done for my BBQ area and the Cabana on the pool deck, looks a million dollars.
