I'm not particularly huge on leaving reviews, but for this I feel I have too. I honestly think this place is nothing short of amazing. I went in today to get some vinyl. I tried else where with the rudest people and a big screw around, but HV were honestly incredible and accommodating. The staff were so kind and helpful, we got what we needed with little to no fuss, had a friendly conversation between and even when I felt super annoying changing something, they didn't bat an eye at me in a negative manner. Thanks guys, youre amazing. When we start building next year you'll have us back knocking for your help 🫶🏻

My recent experience with H. V. Aluminium was exceptional. After installation of six years had a problem with returning my newly washed window of my Paradise room A very helpful young man arrived that very day and in minutes fixed my problem (a great. drama to me). We recently moved into our new home, which had an electric opening roof that wasn't working. We contacted HV Aluminum, and they promptly came to our property to assess the situation. They fixed the roof on the spot! The service technician was incredibly polite and well-equipped. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of a repair.

I’ve just had my second HV Eclipse added to my new/old home. I absolutely love it!! Part the way thru the install I changed my mind on the height of the structure & this huge change was accepted by the Installer & HV without any issues. Thank you. I just wanted to thank Daniel for helping me out with my (non) opening- opening roof. He took the time over the phone to run through a range of diagnostic systems with me, isolated the problem, and explained how to fix it! It’s working now and we couldn’t be more appreciative. Chose HV because of their quality product and professional service. My experience with them has been first rate. From marketing and design through to planning and build and finally maintenance and follow up, I can recommend without hesitation. They never fail to deliver as promised (and of course expected).

A drawing of the carport was done by HV Aluminium based on my details, and along with the building application, this was submitted for approval. Construction was delayed due to some component damage and having a suitable tradesperson. The work was carried out in a competent manner and was a good result.

Our awning was built by HV Aluminium. The workmanship was excellent and the after sale sevice was very special. Would highly recommend them to anybody.
